About Us

“Government of the people, by the people, for the people, shall not perish from the Earth.”

            ~ Abraham Lincoln

ReVote2017 is a grassroots group of American patriots who believe passionately in the sanctity of our democracy. Knowing that our 2016 election was corrupted on many levels, we could not stand idly by as a fraudulently elected administration dismantles our institutions and threatens our civil rights. The Supreme Court is the only governing body that can void the 2016 election, and thus we petitioned them directly. We brought our first case pro se (without legal representation) in January 2017 to three Federal Courts and the Supreme Court of the United States; it was denied in conference without comment on March 17.

Two members of the original team joined forces with two new members, all women from Cape Ann, MA and assembled a brilliant legal team led by attorney Mark Small who is admitted to practice at the Supreme Court. The core team has helped the legal team develop a new case, gather a diverse group of citizen petitioners, form a non-profit organization, raise funds, create educational videos, and build a social movement. On May 26 Attorney Small filed a new petition for a Writ of Mandamus, and we are pleased to announce that the case has been assigned Docket # 16-1464 and is scheduled for conference on September 25.

Every American has the right to have their vote protected from foreign attack! As a non-profit group of Americans committed to safeguarding our citizens’ right to free and fair elections, uncorrupted by foreign or domestic influences, we abhor the injustice of the unprecedented attacks on our Democracy by Russian Government operatives in our 2016 election. These attacks violated our right to a free and fair election.

Under the Guarantee Clause of the United States Constitution (Article IV, Section 4): The United States shall guarantee to every state in this union a republican form of government, and shall protect each of them against invasion; and on application of the legislature, or of the executive (when the legislature cannot be convened) against domestic violence. Since Congress and the Executive Branch failed to protect us against invasion, our Judicial Branch alone can remedy this injustice.

To protect the public good and the sanctity of our elections and to restore the integrity of our democracy. We are petitioning the Supreme Court to restore confidence to all citizens, by:

  • Considering evidence as to how our democracy was invaded by Russia in the 2016 election, and the testimony of a diverse group of petitioners who were harmed by this invasion, including citizens from several “swing” states.
  • Declaring the 2016 election illegitimate and overturning all decisions and appointments that stemmed from its results. Redressing the injustice of the illegitimate 2016 election by ordering a new election as soon as possible, to provide a free and fair voting process for all Americans.
  • Ordering the US Government to implement security measures that keep pace with the technology of information warfare strategies, to protect our voting rights, campaigns, and election systems.
